Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a Supplier Quality Analyst to perform source inspections at supplier sites, validate product conformity, and protect production flow in a remote capacity. You will document non-conformances, raise risks early, support rapid decision making, and coordinate QA training and materials.

Requires 3+ years in a technical field and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development, Office, etc).
• Proficient in data compilation and program tracking.
• Proficient in reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity.
• Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow.
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances
• Identify potential risks early and elevate quality concerns proactively
• Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions
• Training and coordination of QA related materials, i.e., SQM, Auditing, PMA
• Perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required)
