Position Purpose

The purpose of the Sales & Marketing Analytics Analyst position is to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize sales processes and increase revenue.

Outcomes & Activities

1. Work from home with occasional travel to Southfield, Michigan; flexible to work at the office if requested.
2. Develop complex programming to extract and manipulate large internal and third-party data sets.
3. Analyze business policies, processes, and performance related to sales and marketing.
4. Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to identify trends and project performance.
5. Translate high-level business goals into technical tasks and specifications.
6. Summarize findings clearly and present to various company levels.
7. Collaborate with Engineering to improve CRM, sales, and marketing data structures.
8. Partner with cross-functional teams, demonstrating analytical expertise, business acumen, and leadership. (Manager)
9. Identify future business opportunities and develop strategies, creating a roadmap for ongoing analyses. (Manager)

• 3+ years' experience in data analytics in finance, marketing, or related fields (Analyst).
• 5+ years' experience with analytical tools (Senior Analyst).
• 5+ years' experience in data analytics (Senior Analyst).
• 7+ years' experience using analytical tools or higher education combined with experience (Manager).
• 3+ years' experience leading a team (Manager).
• Experience in financial services analytics (Manager).

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in relevant fields.
• Auto finance experience.
• Experience with Eloqua, Oracle CRM, Adobe Analytics, GA4.
• Experience manipulating large data sets and creating reports.
• Experience with regression analysis for segmentation and strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted salary: $88,000 - $179,000 plus annual bonus.
