Job summary

CarMax Midtown Office in Richmond, VA seeks participants for the Analyst Rotation Program (ARP). The 2-year program features three 8-month rotations across CarMax teams, with a Summer 2027 cohort start and a strong emphasis on analytics, strategy, and communication.

As a Business Analyst in ARP, you’ll analyze data, collaborate with leaders, and grow through formal training and diverse projects. You’ll build your network and have the chance to continue in CarMax roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical/quantitative field is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
