This role is a specialist position supporting the AR organization to broaden reach and impact within the global analyst community, including Gartner, IDC, 451 Research, and others. Key responsibilities include managing AR program communications (developing and maintaining an external analyst portal), library management (research inventories, analyst quote approvals), reporting on AR program results, internal communications, and administration of AR portals and databases. Additionally, providing project management support for RFI research submissions.

The role involves:

  3. Supporting broader marketing activities with analyst quote approvals, media references, and asset inventory management.
  4. Creating and tracking AR program results through dashboards and summaries; managing AR folders and calendars.
  5. Following up on collaboration sessions with analyst firms and tracking AR subscriptions.
  6. Responding to analyst information requests collaboratively.
  7. Leading the AR Program automated interaction database (Spotlight OZ).
  8. Supporting AR evaluations and project management as needed.
  9. Leading the AR AI RFI tool (Loopio) project, including pilot programs and content owner training.
  10. Performing other administrative responsibilities as assigned by the AR Program Director.

    Qualifications include:

    • 2-4 years of experience supporting analyst relations, preferably in high tech or large corporations.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Soft skills include cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, high energy, multitasking, and adaptability across time zones.
