Job summary

o9 Solutions is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to join our Product Marketing team on a contract-to-hire basis. You will build and scale relationships with analysts and advisory firms, shaping o9’s market leadership in AI-powered enterprise supply chain planning.

You’ll lead strategic briefings, manage evaluations with Gartner/Forrester/IDC, collect market intelligence, and drive advisory programs at events. A strong track record in enterprise B2B SaaS is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Corporate Communications within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong familiarity with Gartner, Forrester, IDC.
• Exceptional narrative-building and presentation skills.
• Highly organized self-starter in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver strategic briefings to keep analysts informed of o9’s product innovations, strategy, and customer successes.
• Lead end-to-end preparation for major research reports (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes) to secure top-tier market positioning.
• Proactively capture feedback from advisory analysts and translate insights into guidance for product and GTM teams.
• Conceptualize and host analyst roundtables, briefings, and advisory meetings at o9 events and industry summits.
• Educate research analysts on market shifts, positioning o9 as a central innovator in supply chain and enterprise decision-making.
