The role requires experience and interest in complex assets and transactions across property types and the capital structure.Key responsibilities include assembling deal materials for screening potential real estate investment opportunities across the capital structure, conducting financial analysis and underwriting, supporting asset management of existing investments, and contributing to portfolio monitoring and reporting.
