Position Summary
This role ensures effective implementation of the Kraft Heinz Supplier Quality Management System across assigned raw or pack material categories, providing leadership and ensuring standards are met through assessments and audits. The position involves 50-70% travel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage supplier portfolios against KHC expectations and policies.
2. Conduct supplier quality audits and ensure compliance with FSMA and internal policies.
3. Support supplier verification and global compliance reporting.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality KPIs and corrective actions.
5. Utilize virtual tools for audits as needed.

Qualifications

1. BS in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
2. Experience with food safety, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
3. 1-3 years in food or CPG industries.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of quality tools.

Additional Information

Salary range: $77,800 - $97,300. Position is eligible for performance bonus. Benefits include healthcare, wellness programs, and more. Location: Remote (US).
