Job Title : GW QA Analyst

Experience Required - 7 To 10 Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

GW Policy Centre QA knowledge.

Programming Languages: .Net, SQL

Web Technologies:HTML, XML, Xpath

Tools: Eclipse, SOAPUI, POSTMAN

Defect Management Tool: ADO-Azure DevOps, QC, JIRA.

MS Office Tools:Microsoft Excel/Outlook/word, PowerPoint

Operating Systems:Windows, Linux

Roles & Responsibilities

• Quality Engineer performing Functional Testing of GW state Rollouts, with demonstrated abilities and excellent analytical, communication and creative skills
• Keen on tracking quality related activities and bugs. Must have worked in Agile methodologies.
• Tracked the defects in JIRA and Azure dashboards, linked all the identified defects to the user stories in JIRA and maintained the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Demonstrate testing capability in Guidewire Policy Center application integrated with the Billing & Payments system and with Auto Insurance product.
• Should be good at analyzing the business requirements, Functional requirement specification (FRS), Design documents to formulate test plans and test cases.
• Experience in documenting defects with detail, accuracy, and informative recreation steps in JIRA. Flexible in interacting with Developers, other Team members and users in helping debug the errors.
• Responsible for sending the Daily Status Report to Client and offshore manager.
