Description & Requirements

Maximus is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to support our Professional Services team. This is a remote opportunity. The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the project. You will be responsible for quality analysis efforts on multiple applications, drive process improvements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement You will conduct quality audits and reviews to help ensure quality process and products are implemented. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.

- Analyze complex data and identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.

- Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.

- Conduct market research and understand market trends.

- Create system functional specifications from business requirements.

- Interact with organization and client managers.

- Perform cost/schedule monitoring

- Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organization.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field.

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.

- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

- 2 years or more of related experience with telecommunications and relay services.

- Knowledge of Public utilities and transportation regulatory policy analysis and formulation.

- Knowledge of Principles, practices, and trends of public and business administration, and management.

- Other related certification(s).

- California residency preferred.

- Proficient with American Sign Language preferred.

- Experience working with the deaf and disabled community required.

- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US .

Home Office Requirements:

- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
