Kroll is seeking a Property Tax Analyst intern in the United States, combining finance and engineering-inspired analytical skills to review real estate and personal property tax matters. You will help assess notices, prelim valuations, and exemption opportunities while communicating with clients and authorities.

Our Property Tax Analyst role blends the valuation and cost accounting skills used in Finance and Accounting at major companies across the nation with the analytical and problem-solving skills used in environmental, civil and mechanical engineering. Our Analysts focus on real estate and personal property tax consulting services – including review and tracking of assessment notices, preliminary valuation and analysis, analyzing asset data for exemption opportunities, communicating with clients and taxing authorities and monitoring administrative projects.
Note: This position requires about 10% of travel across the US.
