Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Venture Search is partnered with a Tier 1 Placement Agent, who are looking for a Project Management Analyst to join their team in NYC. Candidates should have a background in Investment Banking, preferably M&A, Financial Sponsors, Leveraged Finance or ECM.

Responsibilities

• Developing marketing strategies, preparing fundraising and due diligence materials, managing virtual data rooms.
• Working with sales team to identify potential LPs.
• Responding to investor requests and internal/external reporting.
• Regular communication with GPs to prepare and update marketing strategies and continuously review investor feedback.
• Researching, tracking and mapping the PE, infrastructure and private credit markets.

Requirements

• 1.5 - 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably the groups mentioned above. Candidates with experience from a Placement Agent will also be considered.
• Understanding of Private Markets, particularly PE.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Team player.
