Pay Range: USD $58,460.00 - USD $70,434.00 /Yr.

Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm, CST

Remote Work Notification: Navitus is unable to offer remote work to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding an Analyst, Pricing and Underwriting to our Finance Administration department. The role involves supporting the Pricing and Underwriting team with financial modeling, analysis, and reporting related to provider networks, rebates, risk costs, and client fees. You will support client proposals, perform analyses, and create reports to facilitate business decisions, leveraging data to serve clients and promote growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve sales support mechanisms for prospective clients
• Calculate risk and pricing metrics to evaluate client relationships
• Identify and support rebate, pricing, and discount performance improvements
• Research pricing trends and forecasts to inform strategy
• Maintain databases supporting business decisions and client requests
• Track and report on client performance impacts
• Monitor forecasted vs. actual results
• Identify opportunities for client savings and program enhancements
• Perform analyses to support business objectives
• Understand contractual terms to assist in pricing and contract development
• Ensure accuracy of pricing and processes through quality assurance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or actuarial science; recent graduates encouraged
• Experience with business, statistics, and analytical programs preferred
• PBM, managed care, or related experience is a plus
• Support compliance and demonstrate respectful teamwork
