What You’ll Do:

Support the Commercial Excellence and Contract Strategy function and the energy division through pricing analysis, commercial process support, proposal and contract analytics, and performance reporting. • Utilize Salesforce and other approved systems to establish and maintain reliable historical pricing, proposal, and commercial-performance data.
  • Support the Energy team in applying pricing standards, profitability guardrails, and proposal requirements.
  • Review and elevate data gaps, exceptions, and material risks to management as needed.
  • Prepare deal-review materials, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for Revenue & Growth and divisional leadership.
  • Support recurring bid/no-bid, pricing, margin, proposal, contract, and approval reviews by organizing inputs, documenting decisions and action items, tracking approval readiness, and maintaining clear records of assumptions, risks, exceptions, and required follow-up.
  • Assist with contract handoff and lifecycle tracking by documenting key obligations, deliverables, milestones, pricing provisions, change controls, and commercial risks for accountable stakeholders.
  • Support development, maintenance, and adoption of commercial templates and proposal guidance, pricing tools, workflows, process maps, and decision-support materials.

Education & Credentials:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial analysis, contracts, business development, finance, sales operations, or a related analytical role required. Energy, government, transportation, or maritime experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working proficiency with PowerPoint and collaboration tools required.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data-visualization tools, such as Power BI, and customer relationship management platforms, such as Salesforce, preferred.
  • Experience organizing commercial or contract data and supporting workflow, proposal-management, or contract-lifecycle processes preferred.

  • Experience supporting cross‑functional stakeholders in complex proposal, deals, or contract environments preferred.
Other:

Competencies:

Breaks down defined commercial problems into analyzable components, validates data and assumptions, evaluates options, and supports practical recommendations using sound judgment.
