Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry, serving world-class venues and a diverse client roster.

We are hiring an Analyst to support our People Systems team, focusing on HR processes, employee audits, and system improvements. The role involves collaborating with various departments, identifying system gaps, and supporting HR process upgrades.

This position offers an annual salary of $70,000.00-$85,000.00 and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), matching, and paid time off. The application deadline is July 4, 2025.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement People System processes.
2. Identify automation opportunities within HR systems.
3. Assist with system implementation, testing, and training.
4. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on employee lifecycle processes.
5. Manage data reporting, audits, and documentation.
6. Support project management and process improvements.
7. Ensure compliance and data integrity.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in People Systems or related roles.
• Knowledge of HR systems like iCIMS and ADP.
• Experience with report writing, database management, and system integration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Over 5 years of HRIS/HR operations experience, especially in large organizations.
• Familiarity with industry-specific procedures and technical requirements.
