Job summary

Bridge Investment Group is seeking a Paralegal to join the Salt Lake City legal team. You will support fund launches, drafting, KYC, and document management while coordinating with outside counsel and internal teams.

You will handle invoicing, confidentiality, and template-based document updates, with opportunities to explore AI-enabled processes to boost service delivery. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of paralegal experience in-house or law firm.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle high-volume recurring tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with entity records, invoices, and compliance tracking.
  • Sound judgment handling confidential and privileged information.
  • Comfort learning and using legal tech and entity-management tools.
  • Ability to format and update documents against templates with precision.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Support fund launch and ongoing capital raising activities with drafting support (PPMs and DDQs).
  • Maintain files, track covenants and obligations for financing, fund, and investor agreements.
  • Complete KYC requests for Bridge entities and funds; track signing authority and incumbency matrices.
  • Monitor and triage department inboxes (vendor contracts and NDAs) and route requests.
  • Assist with subpoena responses under attorney direction; organize and redact documents.
  • Manage document execution logistics (e-signatures, mail processing, folder upkeep).
  • Process and review recurring invoices; flag billing errors.
  • Maintain reference materials and template/clause library; ensure current versions.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the company-wide dashboard.
  • Assist with implementing AI solutions to improve legal team efficiency.
