Responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of the operational due diligence of investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for on-site due diligence meetings with investment managers.
• Prepare detailed reports containing comprehensive information and analysis related to the operational environment of potential investments.
• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings with investment managers.
• Perform ongoing monitoring of manager ADV filings and other publicly available information.
• Setup and review background checks provided by third parties.
• Keeping abreast of market developments, industry trends and regulatory matters that could impact private equity managers.
• Work within a team structure to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of operational due diligence reports.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
