World Wide Technology has an opportunity for an Analyst to join our Marketing Engineering team. We build the software and automation that marketing runs on: agentic workflows, custom applications and internal experiences, integrations with partner systems, and ML‑based analysis that surfaces insights to the business. Our work reaches across the whole marketing organization - content creation, research, events, partner programs, campaign operations, and the data underneath all of it.
The team is small and lean. Everyone here wears several hats, and the work gets done together rather than passed between roles. This position brings a dedicated business analysis discipline to an engineering‑focused team, connecting what marketing needs with what we build.
Your first job is to learn two things well: how marketing teams work and what tools and data they depend on, and what our own frameworks and platforms can already do. Many requests can be met by combining what we have built rather than starting from scratch, and recognizing those cases is a large part of the value of this role. You will own the front door for incoming requests - clarifying them, sizing them, and keeping a prioritized queue. From there you help design the solution, build what you can inside our frameworks, and work with our engineers and data scientists on the larger pieces. You will not be doing this alone.
Two adjacent functions sit with our partner teams rather than here: campaign performance reporting belongs to Marketing Analytics, and campaign platform administration belongs to Marketing Operations. Clear career paths exist to Senior Analyst, Lead Analyst, and beyond.
You will notice this posting does not ask for a programming language. That is deliberate. We believe the leverage in this work is shifting away from syntax fluency and toward sound judgment about configuration, guardrails, data, and how people and agents divide up a workflow. We have staffed the team accordingly, and there are experienced engineers here who lead the problems that require custom code. If you write code, that is welcome and useful. If you do not, it will not hold you back - but you do need to be technical enough to reason about how systems fit together and to tell a working solution from one that only looks like it works.
This role is based in St. Louis, Missouri, on a hybrid schedule of a few days per month onsite. Strong remote candidates will be considered, with less than 10% travel to St. Louis.
