Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead Epic Cogito configurations and drive strategic reporting initiatives across the organization. You will design dashboards, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to plan future system needs.

In this role you will oversee complex implementations, establish governance standards, optimize configurations for performance and compliance, and guide teams to deliver high-impact healthcare IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, or related field.
• Advanced Epic certifications across Cogito, Caboodle, and other modules.

• Provides strategic guidance on Epic Cogito configurations to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced Epic certifications across multiple modules (Cogito, Caboodle, etc.). Epic certifications must be current or have been actively utilized within the past two years.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing high-impact projects.

Preferred

• Professional certifications in healthcare information systems or business applications.
• Experience in managing clinical and business information systems within a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of dental operations, integrated care delivery systems, and healthcare application ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience leading patient experience or digital engagement initiatives.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of clinical or business application support, system configurations, testing methodologies, and end-user training.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Customer service-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
