Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines, is seeking an entry-level Invoicing Analyst to join our onsite team in East Hartford, CT. You will assist in validating invoice data, support over/above invoicing for airline customers, and collaborate with senior analysts on process improvements.

This role offers learning opportunities in DAT Network Invoicing and cross-training on contracts. Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience, strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in validating invoice data from DAT for engine overhaul work under the Network Maintenance Contract.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist in validating invoice data from DAT for engine overhaul work conducted under the Network Maintenance Contract.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Internship or academic project experience in data analysis, finance, or related areas
  • Basic knowledge of the aviation business and gas turbine engines, even at a theoretical level, is a plus

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
