About the Role

the company is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our IR team at a pivotal moment in the company's public market journey. This role sits at the intersection of finance, communications, and strategy — supporting the full spectrum of IR activities that help investors and analysts understand the company's business, growth trajectory, and competitive position.

You’ll work closely with the Head and Director of IR and gain exposure to senior leadership, the sell‑side analyst community, and institutional investors. This is a high‑visibility, high‑learning role for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in investor relations, capital markets and corporate finance.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $90,000 and up to $125,000. Full‑time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
