Responsibilities:
  1. Provide industry sector expertise and innovative thinking across products like M&A, ECM, and DCM/Leveraged Finance.
  2. Collaborate to generate tailored solutions for clients, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improved service.
  3. Develop marketing materials and support deal teams in securing mandates.
  4. Present analytical findings and support strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
  5. Research and analyze financial and operational data, perform complex financial modeling and valuation.
  6. Integrate information from multiple sources for efficient processes and reporting.
  7. Create statistical exhibits and financial trend analyses.
  8. Apply technical concepts and understand their implications for clients and transactions.
  9. Participate in defining communication plans and develop tailored messaging.
  10. Consider risk, controls, and compliance in daily activities, adhering to policies.
  11. Propose new solutions, exercise judgment to solve problems.
  12. Opportunities for upward mobility based on performance.
  13. Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking or related field.
  • Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic achievement, coursework in finance, economics, or accounting preferred.
  • Financial analysis training and experience.
  • Proficiency with FactSet, Bloomberg, Excel; ability to build complex financial models.
  • Initiative, prioritization, multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to review detailed information across multiple projects efficiently.

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: US$100,000 - $125,000

Pay Type: Salaried
