Job summary

Crestline Investors seeks an Analyst to support the Insurance and Reinsurance investment team within CL Life. The role focuses on transaction execution, portfolio analysis, and oversight of reinsurance investments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Based in our Fort Worth office, you will prepare data, assist in evaluating opportunities, produce financial reports, and work with actuarial, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliant, timely investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, asset management, or related operational and analytical roles.
• Exposure to life insurance, reinsurance structures, or alternative asset strategies is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial or actuarial modeling.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings into actionable insights and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
