Job Description And Duties

The Facility Management System (FMS) is a Salesforce-based enterprise licensing platform that will replace multiple legacy licensing systems within the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD). The Analyst III will perform advanced analytical, consultative, and coordination work in support of FMS implementation. The position works collaboratively with CCLD program staff, Information Systems Division staff, and contractors to support business process reengineering (BPR), discovery, design, testing, data migration, and implementation activities for the Salesforce platform.

The Department of Social Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.

  • Describe your experience providing advanced analytical or coordination support for large-scale system implementation or modernization projects. Include your role, the type of project, and the nature of the work you performed.
  • Describe your experience supporting activities such as discovery, design, testing, training, or readiness for an enterprise system or technology initiative. If applicable, include experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Describe your experience coordinating across multiple workstreams or stakeholder groups (e.g., business, technical, legal, vendor, or OCM teams). Explain how you tracked deliverables, dependencies, or risks and supported timely follow-through.
  • Describe your experience communicating complex or technical information to leadership or stakeholders. Include examples of written or verbal communication such as status updates, summaries, or decision support materials.
