Job summary

BluePath Labs in Washington, DC is seeking an Analyst II to support a civilian agency, conducting comprehensive due diligence related to RTES risk, including open-source intelligence on ownership, supply chain risk, and technology transfer assessments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a US citizenship, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Python, delivering actionable insights and clear risk reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RTES risk analysis and due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated expertise in RTES-related risk analysis and due diligence.
• Experience using Excel, Power BI, Python and other advanced data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive due diligence reviews related to RTES, including open-source intelligence on corporate ownership, control, and influence.
• Conduct supply chain risk assessments.
• Identify malign foreign influence and evaluate conflicts of commitment and interest.
• Analyze technology transfer risks and potential intellectual property theft.
• Use data analytics platforms to provide actionable insights and support business decisions and reporting.
