Job summary

Astrion has an exciting Analyst II opportunity located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The role supports program management, performance analysis, and coordination with government customers and vendors in a security-cleared environment.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and resource management while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• US citizen and eligible for Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, science or business discipline with 3 years of related experience, or an Associate's with 5 years, or 7 years of relevant experience.
• 7 years of experience performing duties in the assigned specialty area or related military training.
• Experience analyzing financial data, gathering and analyzing information to improve efficiency, and reporting business activity.

Responsibilities

• Management of multiple task orders or a single program with multiple staff.
• Oversee all project management activities including work assignment, personnel management, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage resources, risk, and contract-related reporting; lead task order leads.
• Interface with Government customers, service vendors, and agency representatives.
• Contribute to project planning, gather materials, edit and format content for clarity and flow.
• Assign, schedule, and review work; develop and analyze monthly reports.
• Manage schedule and budget for the task order period of performance.
