Terumo Neuro in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an FP&A Analyst to partner with management, build financial models, and support budgeting and long-range planning. You will prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and KPIs, collaborating with department leaders.

Responsibilities include ad-hoc analyses, presentations for senior management, and process improvements within FP&A, while ensuring compliance with laws, quality systems, and ethics.

Work closely with the FP&A management to provide insightful analysis, develop financial models, and support strategic decision-making processes. Job duties:

• Prepare monthly management reporting and assist in month-end close.

• Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning process.
• Collaborate with department leaders to gather and analyze financial information.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range:

$77,280-$91,351.93 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)
