Job summary

Duly Health and Care seeks an IT Applications Specialist to support clinical applications, maximize system uptime, and coordinate EMR integrations within a physician-led network. You will work with IT and clinical teams to refine workflows, manage upgrades, and maintain security and data integrity across systems.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in IT application development, and strong Microsoft development experience in .NET/C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 7 years IT experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in an IT application development role.
  • Software development with Microsoft tools (e.g., .Net Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5; C#, ASP.Net; TFS & SQL Server).
  • Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, IIS, SharePoint Server and/or BizTalk is beneficial.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for clinical applications, maximizing system effectiveness and uptime.
  • Manage system upgrades, hardware/software lifecycle planning, and cloud migrations.
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to refine workflows and bridge solution gaps.
  • Assist with EMR integration and interface coordination to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Conduct end-user training and serve as liaison between clinical teams and IT.
  • Track project status, report milestones, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support Active Directory and basic network configurations related to system access.
  • Document system design, configuration, maintenance, and issues.
  • Develop and maintain system security policies.
  • Maintain data integrity, consistency, and patient privacy.
  • Document and adhere to system change management policies and procedures.
  • Document system acceptance testing procedures and results for new systems/applications and upgrades.
  • Communicate system changes and upgrades to end users.
  • Document end user feedback for system modifications and improvements.

  • Experience with process improvements.
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $67,000- $101,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
