HR Analyst

If so, we want you to join our team as an HR Analyst.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development teams, using your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and workforce insights to drive smarter business decisions. You'll be the go-to expert for creating dynamic dashboards, uncovering workforce trends, and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance our company’s performance and culture.

What You'll Do

Uncover Workforce Insights

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive HR dashboards that track key metrics like employee engagement, hiring trends, retention rates, training effectiveness, and more.
  • Provide powerful data insights that help drive smarter hiring, workforce planning, and business decisions.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to keep leadership informed and ahead of workforce trends.

Optimize HR Operations

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) functionality and streamline reporting processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data errors between systems like HRIS, ATS, LMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Track and provide insights on key workforce trends such as benefits usage, headcount, and compensation shifts.

Elevate Talent Acquisition Success

  • Dive into recruitment data to analyze time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline effectiveness.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to help our recruiters and hiring managers make smarter, faster hiring decisions.
  • Track pre-employment metrics and find ways to reduce time-to-hire and increase efficiency.

Measure Learning & Development Impact

  • Evaluate the success of our training programs by measuring completion rates, skill development progress, and overall effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance employee development programs, ensuring our team continues to grow and succeed.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or HR reporting.
    • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, data visualization tools like Power BI, DOMO, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, DAX, etc.)
    • Experience with ETL and SQL.
    • ADP WFN experience preferred queries.
  • A keen eye for identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities in HR data.
  • Excellent communication skills — you’ll be presenting your insights to HR leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
