As a key member of the team, the Analyst will be expected to develop subject matter expertise in the methodologies used to define and measure the supply and demand of healthcare providers across various markets. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, analytical environment.

This includes participation in weekly internal team project planning meetings.
  • Data Request Submissions: Prepare relevant provider supply and demand analyses and supporting documentation aligned with predefined requirements to contribute to the development of fair market value opinions.
  • Workforce Strategy Consulting: Conduct workforce analysis and presentation prep utilizing internal and client data, including summary of interviews and surveys, interpretation of supply and demand data, and other insights.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Partner with the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to load, validate, and maintain client-specific data in the PNA application, manage application user access, ensuring quality control and adherence to the client’s scope of work.
  • Market Definition & Application Support: Help define Stark-compliant geographic markets, manage the PNA landing page data, and work with the BSA to identify and resolve client issues or bugs in the application.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Help develop, update, and deliver client training documentation to promote user adoption and understanding of the PNA application, tools, and reporting functionality.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and defensibility of workforce analytics and benchmarks used in client work.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, consulting, and BSA to improve workflows, support application enhancements, and respond to client needs.
