The Analyst is responsible for participating in internal and external consulting projects. This will involve hands-on work with clinic staff, providers, executives, vendors, and other stakeholders to successfully implement innovative care models and improve health outcomes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and technical skills in healthcare management and clinical redesign.

Position Description:
- Work closely with additional members of the Consulting team and staff to accomplish the goals, objectives, and strategic plans for the company
- Conduct strategic policy analysis directly related to CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, CMMI, and related programs
- Perform financial and data analytics to support strategic planning in various healthcare settings
- Assist in developing proposals, project deliverables, white papers, and other business materials
- Meet with the supervisor and team members to understand project goals, expected outcomes, and maintain project timelines
- Know and comply with firm quality standards. Recognize and raise risks related to work (e.g., at-risk deliverables, deadlines, quality issues)
- Develop work plans for deliverables using basic project management tools. Complete work according to plan and timeline
- Maintain understanding of our firm's service lines and differentiators compared to competitors
- Support business development initiatives, including research, calls, project support, editing articles, and networking
- Understand the organizational balanced scorecard and support related initiatives as needed
- Seek mentorship and professional growth opportunities. Be receptive to feedback and eager to improve
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical standards
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on team and project requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Healthcare background and internship experience in CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, CMMI, preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
