Transocean Ltd is seeking an Immigration Administrative Specialist to assist employees and contractors with visa processes and documentation. You will coordinate collection, review, and timely submission of immigration paperwork, and liaise with internal teams and external providers.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication, with prior foreign and domestic immigration experience and knowledge of U.S. immigration requirements preferred.

Job Summary

Assist Transocean employees and contractors with immigration and visa-related processes by providing administrative and coordination support. Support the preparation, collection, and tracking of immigration and visa documentation to help ensure applications are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Work closely with employees, external service providers, and internal stakeholders while developing knowledge of foreign and domestic immigration programs and requirements. This position works under the guidance of more experienced team members and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, collection, review, and organization of immigration and visa documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Monitor case timelines and deadlines and notify appropriate parties of upcoming actions or required documentation
• Coordinate the receipt, preparation, shipment, and tracking of immigration-related documents to support timely processing and compliance with immigration requirements
• Maintain immigration case files, records, and tracking systems in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements

Education

Some college required Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

Minimum: Three years of Foreign and Domestic Immigration with knowledge of US Immigration laws, international visa and immigration requirements Preferred: Five years of Foreign and Domestic Immigration with knowledge of US Immigration laws, international visa and immigration requirements.
