Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Analyst for Financial Reporting & Analysis to support Medicare Part D accounting operations remotely. You will prepare/general ledger entries, review financial reports, and assist with audits and month-end close processes.

The role requires up to 40 hours weekly, with standard EDT hours. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have 0-1 years of experience, with strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of finance or accounting experience (school or internships count).
• Microsoft Office experience, especially with Microsoft Excel.
• Must be willing to work 8:30 AM-5:30 PM EDT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accounting entries posted to the general ledger to ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Review and interpret accounting/financial reports and propose necessary changes to management.
• Compile and distribute financial statements and related information.
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting financial statement schedules.
• Provide information and assistance to support various audits.
• Coordinate accounting matters with other departments and locations.
• Prepare the weekly/monthly payments.
