Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Basic experience with financial analysis and reconciliation processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Alteryx enhances analysis.
• Experience with JD Edwards or Hyperion is a plus.

The Opportunity

The Distribution Segment is seeking an entry level Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team. This position provides business analysis for various financial and accounting activities in support of the Distribution Segment’s operations. The individual in this role must be comfortable in a distribution environment, exhibit effective communication skills, be a self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform monthly cost and variance analysis.
• Complete assigned financial reporting needs.
• Provide support for monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Support activities related to internal and external audit requirements.

What you need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Basic experience with financial analysis and reconciliation processes
• Solid interpersonal skills with desire and ability to work in a team/collaborative environment.
• Working knowledge of Alteryx and proficiency in Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
• Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Experience in JD Edwards and Hyperion a plus.
