The Finance team works with senior executives at the firm to develop budgets, projections, evaluate new investment opportunities, and analyze and report on financial performance for both internal and external stakeholders, including the firm’s private equity owners.
The Finance team is seeking an Analyst to add to the team. The Analyst will participate as a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team to fulfill these various functions. The Analyst will report directly to the manager of FP&A. This role will also include direct interaction with the most senior members of the company’s management team such as the CFO and the leaders of the business units, the sales unit, and the corporate functions.
This opportunity is based in our Washington, D.C. office.
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
