Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; advanced degree a plus.
• 0-2 years of FP&A, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical role.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate key insights supported by data.
• Attention to detail and high standard of data accuracy.
• Strong communicator who can present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models incorporating operational and financial data to support decision making, ensuring alignment across datasets and stakeholders.
• Support financial planning process, including annual budgets and forecasts, while ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
• Analyze and review performance trends, summarizing key financial metrics.
• Streamline reporting.
• Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and the board of directors.
• Partner with various departments across the company as a dedicated finance business partner.

What We're Looking For

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is: $70,000 — $85,000 USD
