Job summary

GLG’s FP&A team is seeking an associate to join our finance function in New York. You will collaborate with departments across the business to develop insights that drive business actions and influence decision making.

You’ll analyze financial results, build and maintain models, and track KPIs in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support the planning process, prepare materials for senior leadership, and partner with stakeholders across the company as a finance business partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; advanced degree a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical role.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate key insights supported by data.
• Attention to detail and high standard of data accuracy.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on increasing responsibility over time.
• Strong communicator who can present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an analytical and strategic thinker that thrives in a fast pace, dynamic environment and defaults to action. You'll play an integral role in analyzing financial results, building and maintaining various models and developing and tracking various KPIs.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Compensation

GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is:

$85,000 - $105,000 USD
