Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an Email Marketing Analyst to optimize our email program and drive revenue through data-driven campaigns.

You will be part of the Pottery Barn Kids Customer Relationship Marketing team responsible for managing and optimizing the Email channel to maximize sales. Our job is also to ensure we are innovating and executing marketing campaigns across programs and channels that drive new customer acquisition as well as increased mindshare and wallet share with our existing customer base.
As an Email Marketing Analyst, you will focus on driving sales by helping optimize the email program. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the email circulation plan, analyzing performance to identify trends and opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and flawless email sends. A successful candidate should have experience in marketing and possess strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. You must have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing multi-channel retail environment.

The expected starting pay range for this position is$71,000 - $75,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
