Job summary

Confido is building an AI operating system for planning and financial alignment in the CPG sector. We are seeking a hands-on Analyst for demand and supply planning modules to own live deployments with customer teams.

You will translate real-world planning into Confido configurations and ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with customers, manage data mapping, validate parameters, and train users to build repeatable planning workflows on our platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on planning experience at CPG brands, in both demand and supply planning.
• Experience in a make-to-stock environment with forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, production planning, or S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations end to end for demand and supply planning modules, from kickoff and data mapping through configuration, validation, and go-live.
• Collaborate with customer demand planning teams to map forecasts and set up Confido to support baseline forecasts, promotions, and customer-level planning.
• Collaborate with customer supply planning teams to reflect their inventory and production planning in Confido.
• Gather and validate customer data, identify gaps, and drive resolution.
• Manage implementation timelines, action items, and questions with accountability to milestones.
• Train customer users to build repeatable planning workflows on the platform.
• Feed implementation insights back to product and engineering to improve the product and onboarding speed.

The Role

We're seeking a hands-on planning professional from the CPG world to join us as an Analyst for our demand and supply planning modules. You'll own getting customers live on Confido, translating how their planning teams actually operate into a working setup on our platform. This role is highly executional: you'll be in the details of customer data, planning parameters, and workflows every day, making sure implementations land on time and deliver real value. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations end to end for our demand and supply planning modules, from kickoff and data mapping through configuration, validation, and go-live

• Work with customer demand planning teams to understand how they build and manage forecasts today, and set up Confido to support their forecasting process, from baseline forecasts to promotions and customer-level planning

• Work with customer supply planning teams to understand how they plan inventory and production, and configure the platform to reflect how their business runs

• Gather and validate customer data, identifying gaps and driving them to resolution

• Manage implementation timelines, action items, and open questions, keeping customers and internal teams accountable to milestones

• Train customer users and help them build confident, repeatable planning workflows on the platform

• Feed implementation learnings back to product and engineering to improve the product and speed up future onboarding

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on planning experience at CPG brands, with meaningful time spent in both demand planning and supply planning

• Experience in a make-to-stock environment, including direct responsibility for areas like forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, production planning, or S&OP

• Strong understanding of how sales, TPM, demand and supply plans connect, and how planning decisions flow through to inventory, service levels, and operations

• Extremely executional: you're organized, detail-oriented, and known for getting things done and following through

• Highly comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and planning systems

• Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and working directly with customers

• Prior software implementation experience is a plus but not required

• Experience in using planning software

• Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
