Job summary

Strata Decision Technology is seeking a Data Integration Analyst to join the Data Integration team and help implement StrataJazz® for some of the world’s largest health systems. You will work directly with customers to understand integration specifications, apply SQL and Excel to solve complex problems, and contribute to data integration, ETL, and configuration tasks.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of full-time experience desired.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience or interest in leading customers through complex projects.
• Willingness to travel within the US up to 10%.
• Professional experience implementing cloud-based technology utilizing SQL is a plus.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records, General Ledgers, Patient Billing, or Payroll data is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Implement StrataJazz® on customer deployments and communicate integration specs and plans with customers.
• Collaborate with Strata's Technical and Engineering Teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Lead onsite and web-based customer training on StrataJazz® features and functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting best practices in healthcare finance and clinical data.
• Proactively communicate risks and develop action plans to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.

Job description

As a Data Integration Analyst on our Data Integration (DI) team, you will be implementing our software,StrataJazz®, and will partner directly with key team members at the largest health systems in the world.The responsibilities of this role include:

• Understand and communicate integration specifications and plans for implementation withcustomers.
• Use technologies including SQL and Microsoft Excel to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrateproficiencywith data integration & configuration/ ETL.
• Gain a deeper understanding of common data types and source systems including General Ledger, Payroll, Patient Accounting, Patient Billing, etc.
• Partner withcustomers as a trusted advisor to implement best practices within healthcare finance and clinical data.
• Collaborate with Strata's Technical and Engineering Teams to ensure the product is aligned withcustomer’s needs.
• Lead onsite and web-basedcustomertraining to ensurecustomers understand specific features and functions related toStrataJazz®
• Communicate proactively with Strata team members, managers, and project managers on issues and risks that may arise during the project life cycle. Develop and execute action plans to mitigate risks proactively.
• Meaningfully contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects to enable Strata to continue to scale operations and continually improve our level of service tocustomers.
• Work in an Agile environment and learn one of the most widely used and effective methodologies for building and implementing high quality, feature-rich software.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000- $75,000

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
