Job summary

Strata Decision Technology is seeking a Data Integration Analyst to join the Data Integration team and help implement StrataJazz® for some of the world’s largest health systems. You will work directly with customers to understand integration specifications, apply SQL and Excel to solve complex problems, and contribute to data integration, ETL, and configuration tasks.

Qualifications

0-3 years of full-time experience desired.
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Experience or interest in leading customers through complex projects.
Willingness to travel within the US up to 10%.
Professional experience implementing cloud-based technology utilizing SQL is a plus.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records, General Ledgers, Patient Billing, or Payroll data is favorable.

Responsibilities

Implement StrataJazz® on customer deployments and communicate integration specs and plans with customers.
Collaborate with Strata's Technical and Engineering Teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
Lead onsite and web-based customer training on StrataJazz® features and functions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting best practices in healthcare finance and clinical data.
Proactively communicate risks and develop action plans to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.
