Strata Decision Technology in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Consultant for Staff Augmentation in Decision Support. You will support client delivery and internal operations for the Decision Support base, and partner with sales and client experience teams to sustain and grow the business.

Senior Consultant, Staff Augmentation - Decision Support

Chicago, IL

How you’ll make an impact:

Strata’s Staff Augmentation Program offers services to drive maintenance and impact within each of the Strata platform solutions. As a member of our Staff Augmentation team, you will support the client delivery and internal operations for the Decision Support client base. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the business in partnership with the sales and client experience management teams. Strata’s Staff Augmentation Program is a newly established business line and focus area of the organization. As such, this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and grit, while having the support of a well-established, highly professional business behind you.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
