Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group's Celebrity Cruises Revenue Management team is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Planning in Miami, onsite. This role supports the commercial strategy through analytics and reporting, developing and maintaining revenue management dashboards used by cross‑functional teams.

You will extract and analyze data from large datasets using SQL and Databricks, build forecasting models for bookings and product sales, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Revenue ManagementTeam has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Commercial Planning Analyst reporting to the Commercial Strategy Manager.

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Revenue Strategy Analyst is a member of the Celebrity Cruises Revenue Management department and plays a key role in supporting the company’s commercial strategy through analytics and reporting. This roleis responsible fordeveloping andmaintainingrevenue management dashboards used daily by cross-functional stakeholders, including Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, andInternationalteams. The Analyst conducts ad hoc analyses using large, complex datasets and translates findings into actionable insights that inform leadership decision-making. The Revenue Strategy Analyst is an integral contributor to enabling the Revenue Management team to achieve the brand’s commercialobjectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop andmaintainanalytical tools and reporting that support revenue strategy decisions, including cruise ticket pricing and performance management.
  • Extract and analyze data from large, complex datasets using SQL and other analytical programming languages and tools.
  • Combine data from multiple sources using platforms such as Databricks,DBeaver, and similar technologies to produce reliable, insight-driven analyses.
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel toidentifytrends, drivers, and opportunities that address key business questions.
  • Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards used by cross-functional stakeholders tomonitorrevenue performance.
  • Maintain existing Power BI dashboards by resolving data issues, improving functionality, and ensuring ongoing accuracy and usability.
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting thatprovidesclear insightstosenior leadership in both formal and informal settings.
  • Develop andmaintainforecasting models for daily and weekly bookings, All-Included package sales, and other products to support revenue target-setting and performance management.
  • Create clear, concise PowerPoint presentations that translate analytical findings into actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to answer analytical questions, troubleshoot reporting issues, and identifyappropriate datasources.
  • Identifyopportunities to automate reporting and analytical workflows and implement process improvements to drive efficiency,leveraginggenerative AI tools whereappropriate.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in DataAnalytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, ora relatedfield of study.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business analysis, finance, or a related field.
  • Strongproficiencyin SQL and other analytical programming languages and tools.
  • Experience using data query and analytics platforms such as Databricks,DBeaver, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing andmaintainingdashboards in Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of database structures, data models, and information systems, with hands-on experience using database tools.
  • Strong understanding of core business concepts and revenue performance drivers.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP formulas, and similar functions.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate analytical insights through clear and digestible presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated analytical curiosity and interest in commercial and revenue-focused insights.
  • Ability to work independently on defined analytical tasks while managing priorities with limited day-to-day direction.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts and analytical results to non-technical audiences.
  • Creative and structured problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in DataAnalytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, ora relatedfield of study.
  • Prior experience in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry.
