Job summary

embecta in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an Analyst to support Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance and leadership by transforming commercial data into meaningful analyses, business intelligence, and actionable insights.

This role is hybrid (3 days on site) and sits in a growing Insights & Analytics function, offering exposure to data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed above.
• 1–4 years of analytics, business intelligence, or reporting experience.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for dashboards and insights.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources for decision-making.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, product, market, and performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Support recurring and ad hoc analyses to understand business performance.
• Translate business questions into analytic approaches and actionable insights.
• Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and others.
