Harbor Freight Tools in California is seeking a Supply Chain Central Planning Analyst to support network-wide planning and develop dashboards and reports for senior leaders. You will partner with Analytics & Data Science and work with DC Planning Managers to answer questions and publish insights.
You will analyze data to identify trends, perform ad-hoc analysis to improve efficiency in the distribution center and broader supply chain, and help roll out new sites with hands-on training.
The Supply Chain Central Planning Analyst will support Supply Chain Planning for the network by creating and supporting network wide planning tools. They will partner closely with Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science to design, construct, and publish reports used by all stakeholders including senior leaders. The Central Planning Analyst will work closely with operational teams to answer questions related to the information they publish and execute ad-hoc analysis to solve business problems. To be effective in this role, they will collaborate and develop strong relationships with DC Planning Managers and other partners across the organization. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills and calls for a self-starter with genuine investigative talents, and the ability to find, analyze and present information to assist in developing operational strategy for efficiency within the distribution center environment and the broader supply chain. The Central Supply Central Chain Planning Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of Operations Planning.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,500 – $104,200 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
