Orgill, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize multi-echelon distribution, balancing cost, capacity, and service levels across the flow of merchandise.
You will collaborate with planning, merchandising, pricing, inventory management, sourcing, and logistics to plan merchandise flow and channel management. A 2–3 year experience in supply chain or merchandising is expected with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for optimizing the flow of merchandise through a multi echelon supply chain by balancing cost, capacity, and service level. This position identifies opportunities to improve landed margin, drive continuous improvement, and recommends changes to increase profitability. This position drives collaboration across the supply chain to make the most effective decisions related to total landed cost, buying multiples, packaging, flow path, and channel management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain or merchandising
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or finance is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
