Role Overview

As a Business Analyst for Revenue Operations (ROPS), Registration Innovation Team at DaVita, you will understand the Revenue Cycle intricacies and lead project work that impacts organizational performance and aims to elevate Registration to World Class standards through strategic and measured improvements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical skills, and the ability to operate with some autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership: Initiate and drive project work streams, develop and maintain project plans, set goals, analyze impact, and lead updates with executives and stakeholders.
2. Data Analysis: Monitor outcomes through data and trend analysis, identify root causes, and develop process improvements with significant organizational impact.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly meet with project teams and leadership to provide updates and facilitate next steps based on data findings.
4. Ad hoc Analysis: Handle specific data analytics requests and deep dives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience or recent graduates with relevant project experience
• Project Management experience preferred
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with data analysis and process innovation
• Ability to communicate at an executive level
• Strong analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Technical knowledge (SQL, Tableau, Access, etc.)
