A leading banking association seeks a Business Analytics Analyst to support decision-making through data analysis and reporting. Position Summary: The Business Analytics Analyst will provide data retrieval, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and present findings to support various departments within the organization. This role will support product and strategy decision-making by creating analysis and reports as requested.
About The Clearing House: The Clearing House (TCH) is a banking association and payments company owned by the largest commercial banks in the United States. TCH owns and operates the core payments system infrastructure in the US and is working to modernize this infrastructure by launching a new, real-time payment system. TCH is the only private-sector ACH and wire operator in the US, clearing nearly $2 trillion in US dollar payments daily, representing half of all commercial ACH and wire volume. Since 1853, TCH has provided critical banking services including Direct Deposit of payroll, bill payments, and check image exchange.
The work is generally sedentary, performed in a favorable office environment with standard equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate, with no hazardous conditions.
The typical hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with employees expected to report to the office three days per week. Occasional travel may be required, and onsite requirements may change.
The annual salary range is $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience, skills, and location. Discretionary incentive compensation may be available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and more.
