Job summary

Aksia, an alternative assets specialist, seeks an associate to join the Pan-Alternatives team in its New York office, interacting with global colleagues, clients and prospects.

You will assist with client meeting preparation, develop knowledge of new managers and strategies, coordinate deliverables, support marketing, and help grow a network of prospective clients in focus areas.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience across private markets, ideally in an investment or client facing role.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
• Highly motivated and organized with excellent project management skills.

Position Overview:

Aksia is seeking an associate to join our Pan-Alternatives team. The Pan-Alternatives team at Aksia is responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with a variety of sophisticated investors, by bringing together the resources of the firm for the benefit of each client. The team not only works with existing clients on the development and implementation of their alternative investment portfolios but is also the central point for the marketing and business development efforts of the firm’s various business lines.

This position is based in Aksia’s New York office and will include regular interaction with global colleagues, clients, and prospects.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Aksia provides a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
