Job summary

Hatch Advisory is seeking a new graduate in 2027 to join the team as an Analyst, based in Houston, TX. You will support global client projects in mining, infrastructure and energy sectors and report to the Regional Director, USA.

The role involves working with advisory teams on diligence, cost reduction, asset optimization, and business case evaluation, with opportunities for mentorship and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in engineering/science, commerce or economics, or related tracks with interest in advisory work.
• Commerce/business administration or economics degree also acceptable.
• Strong research/analysis skills and prior co-op/internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Support client projects in mining, infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Analyze technical and financial data to inform project decisions.
• Create client-facing presentations, proposals, reports and spreadsheets.
• Identify and engage new clients to grow the practice.
• Travel internationally to client/project sites as needed.
