The position offers leadership in a global firm with offices in Houston or Brooklyn, involving travel and high-impact client engagement across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or within mining, energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science/studies, urban planning, economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team development capabilities.
• Travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong client network to drive business development.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the U.S.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide strategic, technical, and commercial leadership.
• Manage and deliver complex projects related to environmental science, urban development, economics, and planning.
• Mentor teams and ensure on-time, on-budget engagement delivery.
• Represent Hatch in client engagements and industry forums.
